この法案は官僚などの発言を禁止し政治家が政治主導で法律を作れる
それがなにが問題かというと時の権力者が自分たちの都合のいい法律を作ることができてしまう

ここからスポーツを例に話します

審判がいることによりゴールや反則などを判定でき試合が成り立っているがこれをはずすそうとしている
子供達の遊びなどではかまわないんですが国際試合などでは決して出来ないことです
選手のやりたい放題になってしまい試合にならない危険性がはらんでいる
（２）副大臣、政務官の定数を増やす
これもサッカーで例えると11人でしている試合を15人くらいに増やしましょう
これくらいならいいと思うかもしれませんが民主党の出した国会改正法案は外国人条項がない
つまり外国人選手を自由に使ってもいいことになる
たしかにJリーグとかでも外国人選手がいますが国際試合となれば別
自国のためにオウンゴールをしたり、わざと味方の邪魔をしたり、最悪ケガをさせてしまうこともある
それを考えてみても警察・司法・経済・軍事に日本の国益よりも自国の国益を考える者が入ればどれだけ恐ろしいかが分かります

「いままでサッカーでは手を使ってはいけないというのはおかしい！だから手を使えるようにしよう」

この「いろいろな人」を誰が決めるかが書いていない
つまり民主党の都合のいい人達だけを集めてこれが「日本代表にとっていい人選です」と言ってしまえばそれが民意として通ってしまう
癒着している者達が集まれば必ず自分たちの有利にすることは目に見えている
例え日本が負けると分かるでも・・・
ザッと書いてみたんですが多かれ少なかれこの「国会法改正案」が危険性にはらんでいるかが分かります
政治主導という響きはいいんですが宮崎口蹄疫人災事件をみれば無能な政治家が主導するとどれだけの危険であるか！
殺処分対象家畜８５，７２３頭にも及ぶ被害になってしまったことを見ればどれだけ恐ろしいかが分かります
これが人に被害が及ぶウィルスが発生したり、他国の軍事介入があった場合のことを考えると更に恐ろしい
たしかに官僚の天下りは許せない
しかし優秀な人材を集めるためには官僚の天下りをコストと考えればどうだろうか？
「有事の際に素早く行動できるが高コストの官僚」 と 「有事の際になにもしようとしない高コストの無能な政治家」
あまり比べたくはないんですが(苦笑)どちらを取るかと聞かれたら私は「有事の際に素早く行動できる高コストの官僚」をとります
自民党政権では官僚の使い方(使われ方)がうまく機能したため1000頭以下の薬殺処分と約35億の被害額で済んだ
また官僚にお金が渡れば官僚とて人ですから買い物もする
その金で潤う企業や中小企業、またレストランがでる
しかし有事の際に起きたお金はほとんどが国民には回らない
まあ借金というお金は回りますが(苦笑)
ふうっ・・・

なんかこんなに政治のことを書いたのは初めて
うまく伝わるか心配ですが少しでもこの「国会法改正案」の恐ろしさが分かって貰えれば幸いです
