腰が痛い・・・

腰が痛い・・・


昨日から右の腰辺りが痛い


枕を変えたから？


湿布を貼ったら少し楽になったけど・・・


この頃、デシガメやDSの調子が悪かったからちょっとイヤな予感してたんだよね


体の調子が悪くならないか


これ以上悪くならないように気をつけよう
