銀杏を食べてみました [日記]
銀杏を食べてみました
近所の公園になっていた銀杏を初めて食べてみました
なんだか最近は食べ物ばかりですね
食欲の秋ということで割り切ってください（笑）
獲ってきた銀杏を水につけて周りの果肉を腐らせます
その後、皮をむいて中の種を天日に干す
このとき手がかぶれるのでゴム手袋とかをしていた方が無難です
乾いた種を10個くらい新聞紙に包んでレンジで約1分、加熱
新聞紙で包まないと破裂した時大変です（笑）
加熱後、ラジオペンチなど殻を割り実を取り出します
そしてその実にちょっと塩をつけて食べる！！
いがいとクニュクニュした感触でおいしかった！
酒好きの人の前に置くとあっという間に無くなるので要注意！！（笑）
