2010年3月26日は記念すべき日になりました！！
長年苦しんでいた杉花粉症が鼻呼吸をすることで和らいできたので確認のためマスクをせずに外を歩くことにしました
桜を撮影するため家を出発
雨の次の日は花粉が飛びやすいからイヤなんだけど症状が出ないかを確認するにはもってこいの日
歩き始めはそうとう怯えてたいました
しばらく歩いていると去年の2月14日に両親と歩いていた時に花粉の症状に襲われた場所が近づいてきた
クシャミが出てまともに歩けない状況・・・・
イヤな事を思い出してたんですが全く症状が出ない
治った？！？！？
その後20分歩いても症状が出ない！！
30分！！
1時間！！
2時間！！
数十年にも及んだ花粉症をついに克服！！？
やったあ！！！

26日の天気はウェザーニューズで詳しく調べると
晴れ 最高気温12.1度 最低4.5度 最大風速9m/s
花粉量は「少ない」新聞では「やや多い」
2時間40分ほど外を歩いていましたが花粉量がネットと新聞では差があったので昨日はアップを止めてもう一日様子を見ることに・・・
続いて27日・・・
この日も晴天で風が強い日
今日はチケット買うため30分ほど自転車で移動
チケット販売初日なのに3階席という後方！！
どうやら販売店に回っていた時はすでに1階席は売り切れだったとか
市が主催だからコネがないとダメだった！？
全席指定の高いチケットなのにせめて3階席は安くしてくれ！！
チケット購入後いったん帰宅
昼食後、桜を見に歩いて行く
2日連続なら効果あるか確認できるはず
今日は少し多めに歩いて撮影
約3時間30分！
4時間ほど外にいる計算
帰宅中には自分が花粉症を患っているのを忘れてました
「ああっ・・・私は花粉症だったけ・・・」
晴れ 最高気温13.3度 最低3.1度 最大風速9m/s
花粉量は「少ない」新聞では「やや多い」
その状態でこれといって目立った症状は出ない！！
1回くしゃみが出たのと鼻の穴の入り口が濡れたくらい
あと起床してから朝食後にクシャミや鼻づまりが気になる程度
どちらも去年の体が引きちぎれるような症状からすれば微々たる物なんだけどね
このページから見た花粉症の人にアドバイスすると
「鼻で呼吸する」「動物園に行く」「10000歩歩く」
もうしばらくすると花粉量がピークになるのが今から楽しみ！！（オイオイ）
そうすればキチッとした事が言えるようになる
