魔のバレンタイン いろんな意味で（笑）
今日はバレンタインですね
まあ私にはそれ以上に問題なのが花粉症
いつも2月14日には杉花粉の飛散量が非常に多くなるため個人的には｢魔のバレンタイン」と呼んでいます
去年から「鼻呼吸法」をし始めてから症状はかなり改善されたんですが、今年は去年の5～10倍になるということでかなり怯えてます（苦笑）
今の所は若干それらしい症状が出ているんですが以前に比べれは遥かに楽
今年症状が出なければ｢鼻呼吸法」が効いたと確認できます
この記事を見ている人で花粉症の人は是非｢鼻呼吸法｣を試してください
｢鼻呼吸法｣と言ってもただ鼻で空気を吸うだけです（笑）
ただ花粉症の人は口呼吸をしている人ばかりなので最初の一週間がつらいと思います
1度に鼻で息をするのではなく8回くらいに分けて呼吸をした方がいいです
それでも難しい時は砂糖が入っていないアメを舐めて鼻呼吸をするのも効果的
外で歩く時だけでもした方がいいかもしれません
まだまだ大変な季節が続きますががんばって過ごしましょう！！

It is Valentine today.
The doubtful any more one is probably hay fever in me.
Because quite a lot of amounts of dispersion of the Japan cedar pollen always become February 14, it is personally called, "Valentine of the manitou".
Considerably frighteningly this year in becoming last year's 5-10 times though the symptom has been considerably improved after it begins to do "Nose breath method" from last year (wry smile).
The comparison can be far easy before though some symptoms that it seem have gone out of a place today.
It can be confirmed that "Nose breath method" is effective if the symptom doesn't go out this year.
The person of hay fever must try "Nose breath method" by all means by the person who is looking at this article.
) ..only breathing in air by nothing but nosing it even if it is said, "Nose breath method".. ..(.. ..laugh..
However, I think that the first one week is painful because the person of hay fever is only a person who breathes the mouth.
You should breathe to one degree it doesn't breathe with the nose but dividing into about eight times.
Still, it is also effective to breathe the nose to the hard bit licking sugarless [ame].
You might do only even at time where it walks outside.
Let's spend it holding out though a serious season continues still.
